Supply chains that hold up in the Gulf.

Freeman Gulf Logistics advises on, and takes hands-on responsibility for, the movement of goods into, across and out of the GCC — joining supply chain strategy to the freight and logistics execution that has to deliver it.

What we do

Two disciplines, one accountable point of contact.

Most consultancies stop at the recommendation. Most freight companies only sell you their own capacity. We work across both — designing the network and then running the movements that prove it works.

Supply chain consultancy

Network design, landed-cost reduction, sourcing and procurement strategy, S&OP, inventory policy and operational turnaround.

How an engagement runs

Diagnose, design, deliver — in that order.

STAGE 01

Diagnose

Two to three weeks on your data and your sites. Landed cost by lane, supplier and carrier performance, inventory positions, customs and clearance exposure, and where time is actually lost. You get the findings whether or not the work continues.

STAGE 02

Design

A costed target operating model: network and routing, sourcing and contracting strategy, service levels worth paying for, and the KPIs to hold them to. Each recommendation carries the saving, the effort and the risk of doing it.

STAGE 03

Deliver

We stay through implementation — tendering the freight, onboarding providers, rewriting the SOPs, training the team — and hand over a supply chain your own people can run without us.

Why Freeman Gulf

Gulf logistics is a local trade, not a global template.

Customs regimes, in-country value rules, port congestion patterns, Ramadan and summer shutdowns, agency law, sponsorship and the difference between a carrier's quoted transit and its real one — these decide whether a plan survives contact with the region. We have spent a decade inside them.

  • Operators, not observers. Every recommendation has been carried out by the person making it, in this region.
  • Commercially independent. We hold no carrier agencies and take no forwarder commissions, so the cheapest answer is allowed to win.
  • Numbers before opinions. Findings are built on your shipment, spend and inventory data, and are handed over in a form your finance team can audit.
  • Built to hand over. The measure of the work is that your team runs it afterwards without a retainer.
  • Senior attention throughout. No pyramid of juniors learning on your account.
